It always begins with your first workout at Arena Fitness. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how comfortable you feel, how you’re instantly greeted and made to feel at ease, how unpretentious and uncrowded the facility is. You notice that it’s not a vast chasm of steel and equipment, that people are training in a way you’ve never seen before, that it looks really challenging and fun and everyone’s sweating and working hard, but there’s laughter and camaraderie between the clients and the staff. People actually seem to be enjoying themselves. You’re a little nervous as you begin your first class or training session, but that nervousness quickly disappears as you see that this workout is going to be unlike any you’ve done before, that the trainer understands your fitness level and is easing you into it, but it’s still the most challenging and enjoyable workout you’ve ever done.
